Daffadilly Farm

We are a few days from opening and I am nervous. 

There are still some things to set up, including finishing the build of the Farm Stand. I expect I am going to end up moving the stand multiple times while I try to figure out the best place to put it. I am setting up my business bank account today. Then I have to set up the e-transfer system. 

I’ve planted my second planting of zinnias and I need to start my second planting of Cosmos. I have no idea where I’m going to plant the sunflowers as of yet so that is a bit of a worry.

Will my violet jelly taste delicious? How tedious is it to candy violets? Will I have enough cut flowers? Why aren’t all my radishes up? Why aren’t my sweet peas germinating? How am I going to repair all the vole damage? We are still working  on repairing our home as well and are those repairs going to rip up my gardens? 

So am I feeling a little overwhelmed? Yes, but in a good way. I am happy that it is all starting. I am happy that I’m going to be spending my summer in the garden. I am going to learn so much!
